Important Raw food delivery information.

We are unable to ship raw food, for this reason we can only deliver locally. If you live locally but find you are unable to order through our website then your postcode may need adding to our allowed list, please contact us if you think there is an error.

Your first order must also contain a reusable freezer box (Thermo insulation polystyrene boxes) which we will use to transport your food and rotate/replace when we deliver your next shipment, so it is a one off cost, unless damage or loss occurs.

We must leave and transport your food in a freezer box, if one isn't available when we attempt delivery (or a box isn't included in your order) then unfortunately delivery cannot be made.
